Unscrew lock nut (B) and remove valve drive axle (C)

Adjust fork (A) to set low flow rate

Re-assemble the drive axle (C) with its lock nut (B) and tighten

Ensure low flow rate setting is not excessively high to avoid non-closure of the valve

Perform metrological inspection of the meter at operation start-up.

Conduct annual inspection of the meter.

Mechanical Indicator Adjustment

Move roller (5) by turning screw (6) using spanner "C" until the roller hole is aligned with the 2 holes on the support (15).

Insert pin (B) as shown on the diagram.

Adjust the quantity of product in the gauge by turning the screw.

Remove Pin "B" after adjustment.

Remove the complete gasket (JT)

Inspect gasket rotation for oxidation and smoothness

Replace the gasket if necessary

Check the gasket (J) for damage

Replace gasket (J) if necessary

Remove the AB 21 calibrating mechanism by unscrewing the 4 screws (V2)

Remove the seal shaft from the calibrating screw

Turn the calibration screw 1/8th of a turn clockwise to increase closure time

Turn the calibration screw 1/8th of a turn anticlockwise to decrease closure time

Ensure adjustment is in increments of 1/8th of a turn maximum (45° angle maximum)

Verify the valve closure time after adjustment

Document any issues encountered during adjustment
