To replace the control or relay board

All wires transferred to the new board?

New board installed and screws reinstalled?

Voltage Switch (SW1) in the 230V position?

Draining Water From Water Separator

Open the water separator water drain

Collect the discharge into a container

Close the drain when the flow stops

Dispose of the residue in accordance with local regulations

Is the CONTAMINATION WARNING Indicator lighted but the degreaser has not shut down on B/S TEMP FAULT?

Remove 2-3 inches of solvent from the ultrasonic sump.

Is the ultrasonic sump heater exposed?

Is the ultrasonic sump overflowing into the boil sump?

Did the degreaser shut down on B/S TEMP FAULT or B/S LEVEL FAULT?

Upload a photo of the drained solvent from the boil sump.

Is the contamination reaches 25%?

Warning: Ensure to wear appropriate safety gear during the inspection.

Check for loosening of plumbing connections

Did you feel for dampness or cold spots caused by evaporative cooling?

Check for presence of dyes in the solvent

Upload a photo of the degreaser

Order CPN-068-005 from the Branson Parts Department if an electronic leak detector is not available

Pass the leak detector’s sensor around all plumbing joints and tank seams

Report if a beeping noise indicating high concentrations of solvent vapors was detected
