Battery Testing
Start up the UPS with load added
Activate the self-test by pressing 'Select-up' & 'Enter' buttons for three seconds
Did the UPS switch back to Normal Mode after 10 seconds?
If the UPS did not switch back to Normal Mode, replace the battery or contact your sales representative for assistance

Battery Inspection
Check the battery pack for any visible damage
Measure the battery voltage
Is the battery voltage within the normal range?

Does the battery need replacing?
