Is a Zebra approved capacitive touch panel compatible stylus being used?

Is the device free from strong impacts?

Is the device protected from temperature extremes?

Is the device stored in a location that is free from dust, dampness, or wetness?

Is the device cleaned with a soft lens cloth and an approved cleanser?

Enter the current battery life percentage

Is it time to replace the rechargeable battery?

Sign off on the tablet maintenance

Remove the DC power cable from the cradle

Dip the cotton portion of the cotton-tipped applicator in isopropyl alcohol

Rub the cotton portion of the cotton-tipped applicator along the pins of the connector

Rub all sides of the connector with the cotton-tipped applicator

Remove any lint left by the cotton-tipped applicator

If grease and other dirt can be found on other areas of the cradle, use a lint-free cloth and alcohol to remove

Allow at least 10 to 30 minutes for the alcohol to air dry before applying power to cradle
