Record the total gallons sprayed from the Details tab

Record the engine hours from the Details tab

Is the engine oil change due based on engine hours or usage conditions?

Check that all tank straps are in place and secure

Can any of the tank bands move freely by hand?

Tighten the straps using the side and top adjustment bolts if necessary

Verify that all straps are properly tightened and secure

Describe any issues found during the inspection

Sprayer Cleaning and Lubrication

Wash the sprayer after use to remove salt and road spray.

Spray engine components with penetrant and lubricant

Follow recommended oil, filter, and spark plug replacement intervals as per Honda guidelines.

Rinse out the sprayer and run fresh water through the system to remove salt residue.

Apply dielectric grease on all connection points and cap them.

Add stabilizer to the fuel tank and run the motor for proper off-season storage.
