Ensure all necessary equipment is available

Drain and evacuate the circuit to remove non-condensable gases

Wash the refrigerant system thoroughly before restoring gas charge

Restoration of Oil and Refrigerant

Enter the exact amount of new oil added

Enter the exact amount of refrigerant added

Ensure the compressor is running

Is the oil level visible through the sight-glass?

Is the oil level within the normal range?

Is there any prolonged and excessive presence of foam during operation?

If oil level is low, take the following actions

Describe any issues observed during the inspection

Clean the unit using a moist cloth

Inspect the general conditions of the unit

Check for corrosion on the unit framework

Treat detected corrosion with protective paint

Wear suitable personal protective equipment (PPE)

Measure the pressure-drop between the inlet and outlet pipes using a differential pressure gauge

Is the pressure-drop within the specified range?

Is there any incrustation or clogging detected?

Select the acid to be used for cleaning

Enter the flow rate of the liquid detergent (must be at least 1.5 times the rated working flow rate)

Check power consumption of the unit

Check contactors on the electric panel

Motors and Fan Blades Inspection

Ensure motors and fan blades are clean

Ensure motor is free of dust, filth, oil, or other impurities

Verify bearings are watertight and properly lubricated

Check gas charge and humidity in circuit (with unit running at full capacity)
