Record the oil level in the sight-glass

Is the oil level visible through the sight-glass?

Is there a prolonged and excessive presence of foam during operation?

Is the oil level within the normal range?

Document any abnormalities observed during the inspection

Ensure all necessary equipment is available

Verify the amount of gas required from the serial no. plate

Drain and evacuate the circuit to remove non-condensable gases

Wash the refrigerant system thoroughly before restoring gas charge

Refrigerant and Oil Restoration

Restore the exact amount of new oil as per the serial no. plate

Restore the exact amount of refrigerant as per the serial no. plate

Ensure all fans are turned off before inspection

Do not remove protective grilles under any circumstances

Check that the fan grilles are clear from obstructions

Is there any visible damage to the fan grilles?

Describe any issues found during inspection

Was the inspection completed without removing any grilles?

Check the oil level in the compressors

Verify oil level visibility through the sight-glass

Top-up the oil using the pressure connection on the compressor inlet
