Is there a prolonged and excessive presence of foam during operation?

Is the oil level within the normal range?

Document any abnormalities observed during the inspection

Ensure the unit is switched off

Is the oil level partially covering the sight-glass on the level matching tube?

Is the oil level clearly visible through the sight-glass and flat without ripples?

Ensure all personal protective equipment is worn

Inspect the area for any obstructions around the coils

Check for any foreign bodies on the condensing coils (leaves, paper, debris, etc.)

Remove any foreign bodies from the condensing coils

Is it necessary to wash the coils with detergents and water?

Wash the coils gently with water and soap, if necessary

Brush the fins gently to avoid damage

Wear suitable personal protective equipment

Measure the pressure-drop between the inlet and outlet pipes

Is the pressure-drop within the specified range?

Is there incrustation or clogging detected?

Select the acid used for washing

Enter the flow rate of the liquid detergent

Clean the unit using a moist cloth

Inspect the general conditions of the unit

Is there any corrosion on the unit framework?

Treat any detected corrosion with protective paint
