Removing the multi-edge cutter mount

Set the socket wrench (4) to milling cutter

Plug the face wrench (3) into the corresponding bore holes on the socket wrench

Press the spindle lock (see "Fig. 33534", pg. 18) while simultaneously rotating the face wrench (3) counter-clockwise

Remove the integrated multi-edge cutter mount completely

Lubricate threads and support areas with "G3" lubricant before installation

Sign off on the tool replacement

Undo mounting screw (1) and remove multi-edge cutters (2)

Rotate multi-edge cutters or insert new multi-edge cutters

Fasten the multi-edge cutters once again with fixing screws

Lubricate threads and support areas with 'G3' lubricant before installation

Sign off on the multi-edge cutters replacement

Warning: Ensure the motor is switched off and disconnected from power supply before starting the procedure

Check if the carbon brushes are worn out

If the carbon brushes are worn out, proceed to the next step. If not, end the procedure

Upload a photo of the worn out carbon brushes

Enter the model of the carbon brushes to be replaced

Successfully replaced the carbon brushes?

Sign off on the carbon brushes replacement

Warning: Ensure the machine is powered off before starting the procedure

Upload a photo of the removed impeller

Upload a photo of the new impeller

New impeller fastened with hexagonal nut

Sign off on the impeller replacement
