Trumpf Electrically Powered Hand Held Machine TruTool N 200

Check if the punch and/or die are blunt

If the punch and/or die are blunt, they must be replaced

Loosen index bolt (2) (6 revolutions)

Pull tool out of the housing (1)

Lightly lubricate the new punch (4) and the boring in the tool with lubricating grease 'G1'

For TruTool PN 201: Replacing the die (TruTool N 200):

Install the ram extension (12) between the ram (3) and the punch (4)

DANGER: Electrical voltage! Risk of fatal injury due to electric shock!

Remove the plug from the plug socket before undertaking any maintenance work on the machine

Check the plug, cable and machine for damage each time before using the machine

Is the machine dry and not operated in damp rooms?

Connect the fault current (FI) circuit breaker with a maximum breaking current of 30 mA when using the electric tool outside

Only use original TRUMPF accessories

The connection cable may only be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer

Maintenance may be carried out by trained specialist technicians only

Warning: Use only original spare parts from TRUMPF

Observe the information on the rating plate

Carbon brushes checked by a qualified technician

Carbon brushes replaced as required

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Unscrewed the fixing screws (7)?

Removed punch guide (6) and die (8)?

Replaced the wearing plate (9) if traces of wear are visible?

Cleaned the support areas on the die carrier?

Centered the punch guide and die using the pegs?

Fastened the punch guide and die with the screws?

To grease, use lubricating grease 'G1'

Lubricated the guide surfaces of the punch guide?

Warning: This lubrication procedure requires a trained specialist!

If specialist is not available, report to the maintenance team and stop the procedure
