Checking air conditioning unit for contamination

• The main switch on the switch cabinet is switched off and is secured against being switched on again.

Note: No filter mats should be used in the air conditioning units, because these reduce the effectiveness of the air conditioning unit.

2. Check fins and fan wheel for contamination.

Cleaning the air conditioning unit

Clean the fins and the fan wheels in case of severe contamination.

• The main switch on the switch cabinet is switched off and is secured against being switched on again.

2. Loosen the screws (1) of the fan mounting device.

3. Fold the fan mounting device (2) to the front.

4. Loosen the plug and the earth cable of the fan mounting device.

Machine switched off properly and main switch set to 0

Machine prevented from being switched on again

Screws on the rear protective cover loosened slightly

Rear protective cover pulled downwards and removed

Electrical supply lines checked for defects

All electrical supply lines are laid within the energy supply chain

Program with beam aperture of minimum 50 mm is loaded in the production

Program with joint speed Y rapid down = 220 mm/s is loaded in the production

Move the beam upwards up to the upper dead point using the EMERGENCY-UP foot switch

Press Diagnostics, 'CNC diagnostics', 'PCSS brake test'
