Condition: Manual operating mode is active

Check the sensor gauge finger for damage

At the HMI user interface, open Press > Press sensor system. The 'ON/OFF' checkbox must be activated

Enter 20% in both fields 'Backstop resistor', 'Left' and 'Right'

Check the sensor gauge finger for ease of movement

Enter 80% in both fields 'Backstop resistor', 'Left' and 'Right'

Check the sensor gauge finger for ease of movement compared to the previous setting

In case necessary: request Technical Service.

Warning: Close the shut-off valve on the pivoted-jaw gripper before starting setup or maintenance work

Warning: Take special care when opening the shut-off valve, as the suction cup slat will start to move immediately

Check the pivoted-jaw gripper for damage

Sign off on the pivoted-jaw gripper inspection

Checking polycarbonate windows:

1. Check polycarbonate windows for damage

2. In case necessary, request Technical Service

Cleaning the polycarbonate panes:

1. Clean the polycarbonate panes with anti-static plastic cleaner

- Anti static plastic cleaner (mat. no. 1672922);

Checking the lift gate without store interface:

1. Check the lift gate for damage

2. Manually open the lift gate in manual mode

3. Check the control unit of the lift gate of the upper end position. Correct display: ¯.Eo¯.

4. Manually close the lift gate in manual mode

5. Check the safety bar for proper function

6. Manually close the lift gate in manual mode

7. Check the control unit of the lift gate of the lower end position. Correct display: _.Eu_.

8. Carry out steps 1 to 7 on all lift gates

Condition: Manual operating mode is active.

Manually move the transport belt, checking the belt for damage while doing this

Carry out checks on all transport belts
