Reservoir Inspection and Maintenance

Remove inspection plate on top of reservoir

Remove hydraulic filter and replace if necessary

Remove drain plug on side of reservoir and drain oil if dirty

Check for leakage at all hydraulic fittings

Tighten or replace hydraulic fittings as required

Ensure main bale door is closed and latched

Ensure safety door is in its correct position

Push the 'up' button until platen is in its uppermost position

Remove oil filler cap on the oil reservoir

Check oil level in the reservoir (should be approximately ¾ full)
