Is the transmitter output stabilized at the final operating temperature?

Rezero the transmitter output if necessary

Are underrange and overrange output values extending beyond 4 and 20 mA?

Ensure the FoxCalTM feature is disabled if performing a two-point calibration.

Verify that the input pressure accuracy is at least four times better than the transmitter’s reference accuracy specification.

Perform calibration at LRV and URV points

Is the transmitter output stable at the final operating temperature?

Rezero the transmitter output if necessary to eliminate zero shifts from position effects.

Check if underrange and overrange output values extend beyond 4 and 20 mA, respectively.

Navigate to Device Setup > Full Configuration > View Parameters or Edit Parameters

Perform Calibration Adjustments

Disable FoxCalTM if performing two-point calibration

Rezero the transmitter output after stabilization at final operating temperature

Check underrange and overrange output values to ensure they extend beyond 4 and 20 mA

Zero Reading Check for DP Transmitters

View the total days the transmitter has been in service using the 1 Device Setup > 2 Calibration > Time in Service Meter menu selection.

View the user days since the last reset using the 1 Device Setup > 2 Calibration > Reset User Days menu selection.

Reset the user days to zero if necessary.

Perform a two-point calibration if FoxCalTM is enabled.

Rezero the transmitter output once it has stabilized at the final operating temperature.

Check underrange and overrange output values to ensure they extend beyond 4 and 20 mA, respectively.

Ensure required tools are available

Follow the required protocol to remove the device from online operation

Override the milliamp output to the High Failsafe setting

Confirm the mA output corresponds to the High Failsafe setting

Override the milliamp output to the Low Failsafe setting

Confirm the mA output corresponds to the Low Failsafe setting
