Connect a PC running Ecoreach software to the mini USB port on the Micrologic X control unit.

Establish a connection and confirm Ecoreach software reads the parameters of the control unit.

Use the Overall System firmware status/compatibility matrix on Ecoreach.

Connect PC to Micrologic X control unit

Force state of M2C programmable contacts

Force state of digital inputs and outputs

Check electrical continuity for each phase

Check continuity on the power terminals for fixed device

Check continuity on the chassis power terminals for drawout device in connected position

Record any anomalies or issues found during the continuity check

Remove the MCH gear motor power supply

Perform an opening/closing/opening cycle to discharge the mechanism

Check electrical continuity between terminals B1 and B2 with the device in the open position and the mechanism discharged

Check electrical non-continuity between terminals B1 and B3 with the device in the open position and the mechanism discharged

Reconnect the MCH gear motor power supply

Connect a PC running Ecoreach software using an RJ45 cable to the communication network.

In Ecoreach software, navigate to Create report → Communication test & report.

Select devices to be tested from the list of communicating devices defined in the project.

Click Run test to test all selected devices.

Were the results displayed at the end of the test?

Generate the communication test report with Ecoreach software.
