Establish Connection
Ensure connection between the Service-PC and the controller is established
Check Memory Layout
Select the Configuration tab in the device window of the concerned controller
Open the folder Memory & Disks
Record the value of RamDiskSize
Record the value of RamDiskFree
Handle Full Flash Disk
Is the flash disk full?
Device Replacement
Pre-Replacement Instructions
Ensure hardware revision status of the previous and new device are identical
Contact Schneider Electric if different hardware revision statuses exist
Do not open controller for commissioning or replacement
Controller Replacement
Disconnect cables from the Controller
Remove screws from the top and bottom of the housing
Remove the Controller and exchange the complete unit
Install new controller and tighten screws
