Condition of Connections and Auxiliaries
Check device mounting and connection tightness
Verify correct installation of all auxiliaries and accessories
MCH Gear Motor Check
Remove the MCH gear motor power supply
Perform an opening/closing/opening cycle to discharge the mechanism
Check electrical continuity between terminals B1 and B2
Check electrical non-continuity between terminals B1 and B3
Manually charge the mechanism
Reconnect the MCH gear motor power supply
Check electrical continuity between terminals B1 and B3
Operate the device several times to ensure the spring mechanism automatically recharges after every closing operation
Micrologic X Ready LED Status Check
Power the Micrologic X control unit
Check the Micrologic X Ready LED status
If the Ready LED is not flashing green, refer to chapter Critical Cases
Electrical Continuity Check
Close the device
Check electrical continuity for each phase
For fixed device: Check continuity on the power terminals
For drawout device: Check continuity on the chassis power terminals with the device in the connected position
Record any anomalies found during the continuity check
Verify all tools and equipment are removed from the work area
Sign off on the completion of the procedure

Use a thin screwdriver to briefly push in (<1 s) the test button on the control unit
