Connect a PC running Ecoreach software to the mini USB port on the front face of the Micrologic X control unit.

M2C Programmable Contacts Check

Force the state of both inputs of the M2C programmable contacts and check that the operation is correct.

Force the state of the six digital inputs and three outputs of the IO modules in the IMU to check the wiring to the circuit breaker.

Check that the operation of the IO modules is correct.

Connect PC running Ecoreach software using RJ45 cable to communication network

Is the control mode set to Auto: Remote?

Ecoreach Software Configuration

Select the circuit breaker in Ecoreach software and connect to it

Access the Open and Close buttons via the Device tab

Verify ability to open Masterpact MTZ device remotely

Record equipment identification

Check that the device is undamaged, correctly mounted, and securely fastened in the switchboard

Check the 3-phase clearance at terminal blocks

Check for debris at the back of the device housing/enclosure

Check that the ground terminals are securely connected with the correct grounding cables

Check that all external surfaces are undamaged

Rectify any non-conformities, if possible

Refer all equipment non-conformities to asset management

Power the Micrologic X control unit

Check the Micrologic X Ready LED status

Refer to chapter Critical Cases if the Ready LED is not flashing green

Remove the MCH gear motor power supply

Perform an opening/closing/opening cycle to discharge the mechanism

Check electrical continuity and non-continuity

Reconnect the MCH gear motor power supply

Does the device close and the mechanism automatically charge?
