Connect PC running Ecoreach software using RJ45 cable to communication network

Select interface for connection

Is the control mode set to Auto: Remote?

Ecoreach Software Configuration

Select the circuit breaker in Ecoreach software

Access the Open and Close buttons via the Device tab

Disconnect the VPS module by pulling it out to the disconnected position before running a dielectric test on the equipment.

Unplug any cables from the mini USB port on the front face of the Micrologic X control unit.

Acknowledge understanding of potential injury or equipment damage if instructions are not followed.

Close the Masterpact MTZ device.

Insulation Resistance Measurement

Measure the insulation resistance using a 500 Vdc insulation resistance tester between one of the phases and the other two phases grounded. Repeat for each phase.

Check electrical continuity for each phase

Check continuity on the power terminals for fixed device

Check continuity on the chassis power terminals for drawout device in connected position

Connect a PC running Ecoreach software to the Micrologic X control unit using a mini USB cable

Establish a connection with the control unit

Use the Overall System firmware status/compatibility matrix on Ecoreach

Describe the recommended actions taken to achieve compatibility

Power the Micrologic X control unit

Check the Micrologic X Ready LED status

Refer to chapter Critical Cases if the Ready LED is not flashing green
