Check overall condition of battery

Drain, flush and refill hydraulic system

Check truck data plate and decals for legibility

Remove all string, wrapping, and debris from wheels

Check return of steering arm to upper position

Check key switch or optional toggle switch

Check operation of travel direction/speed selectors

Check for arcing due to poor connections

Check tightness of all connections

Check for abnormal noise in motor bearings

Check all connections: battery, battery and charger plugs

Check all cell and link covers intact

Grease caster and caster wheels
