Burners Replacement
Burner Assembly Removal
Remove the burner assembly as described in Section 7.2
Remove the following components
Burner Exchange and Reassembly
Exchange burners as required
Reassemble components in reverse order
Re-commissioning
Re-commission the appliance as described in Section 6
Exhaust Fan Replacement
Disassembly
Remove the screws securing components
Disconnect the fan electrical connections from the terminals on the PCB
Remove fan assembly by pulling forwards and to the left to disengage the retaining lugs
Preparation for Replacement
Transfer the fan mounting box to the replacement fan if needed
Reassembly
Fit replacement exhaust fan using new gaskets and silicone sealant as necessary
Reassemble components in reverse order
Centrifugal Fan/Motor Replacement
Preparation
Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal fan section
Remove the side panels of the section for access to the fan and motor
Replacement and Reassembly
Fit replacements as appropriate
Reassemble in reverse order
3-Phase Motor Check
Is a 3-phase motor being replaced?
Is the direction of rotation correct?
Multifunctional Control Replacement
Burner Assembly Removal
Remove the burner assembly as described in Section 7.2
Multifunctional Control Removal
Release the flanged connections at the inlet of the multifunctional control
Release the flanged connections at the outlet of the multifunctional control
Remove the multifunctional control
New Valve Installation
Reconnect the new valve ensuring correct orientation
Renew the sealing O-rings if necessary
Main Fan Assembly Maintenance
7.5.1 NV/F Models
Inspect fan blades for damage and excessive deposits
Slacken the cable gland on the heater casing
Disconnect fan leads from electrical terminals on the PCB
Withdraw cable through entry grommet
Remove fan and motor assembly by removing four hexagon headed bolts
Reassemble fan and motor assembly in reverse order
7.5.2 Centrifugal Fan/Silencer Section
