Bevel Position Adjustment
Check the bevel position of the processed lens
To shift the bevel position forward or backward, follow the steps below
Call up the Menu screen by pressing the [MENU] button
Call up the Setting - Grinding screen by pressing the [Setting - Grinding] button
Call up the Adjustment parameter by pressing the [Adjustment] button
Press the numeric button on the right of [Bevel Position]
Change the parameter value by entering a value with the displayed numeric keypad
Decrease the numeric value to move the bevel toward the front surface
Increase the numeric value to move the bevel toward the rear surface

Check before use
Does the edger work properly?
Check visually that the processing wheels are not cracked.
Confirm that wash water (for the inside wall of the processing chamber) and cooling water (for the wheels) flow properly.
CAUTION! Take care not to get spray into your eyes. Spray including processing waster may damage your eyes.
Check after use
Is the power turned off?
Is the processing chamber cleaned?
Is there any dirt or damage on the edger?
Multifunction Edger Size Adjustment
Check the finished lens size
Is the outer diameter within 45.00±0.05 (beveling) or 45.00±0.10 (flat edging)?
Adjust the size
Enter the difference between 45.00 mm and outer diameter
Return to the Menu screen
Return to the layout screen
Repeat Steps 1 to 4 until the outer diameter becomes φ45.00 ±0.05 (beveling) or φ45.00 ±0.10 (flat edging)
To adjust the size according to the lens material and processing method, change the Size Preset parameter in the same manner
Sign off on the size adjustment
2 Years Safety Beveling Unit Maintenance
Replace the wheel rotation belt
Apply more grease to the waterproof seal
Check that the processing performance of the safety beveling wheel is not deteriorated
Replace the wheel if the processing surface is frayed
Sign off on the maintenance
100 Lenses Water and Filter Replacement (FP-100 is equipped)
Warning: Do not mix antifoam agents with the processing water.
When “Please clean tank & pump” appears and the processing is stopped, replace the processing water and stocking filter, and remove the waste accumulated in the drain pipe connector.
Take the tank out of the cabinet.
Disconnect the two feedwater hoses.
Disconnect the drain pipe from the tank.
Drop the stocking filter into the tank.
Remove the cover of the tank and put the waste in the stocking filter into the tank.
Filter the processing water to separate the processing waste and water.
Dispose of the waste in the tank, following local governing ordinances.
