If no manufacturer's instructions are available, perform the following:

Renew the lubricant every 5000 operating hours or at least every two years

Are special lubricants specified for mechanically controlled variable speed drives?

Follow the drive manufacturer's maintenance instructions for special lubricants

Ensure the pump and motor are switched off

Remove the fuse to prevent accidental activation

Select the cleaning method used

Was the pump dismantled for cleaning?

Inspect the pump components for sedimentation

Clean all dismantled parts thoroughly

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power source

Gather necessary tools and materials, including SM-Pin Joint Seals and oil

Remove old oil from the pin joints

Inspect the pin joints for wear and tear

Replace worn joint parts if necessary

Apply new oil to the pin joints

Check the condition of the joints

Is replacement of seals necessary?

Is replacement of lubricants necessary?

Replace lubricants if necessary

Select the operating time of the pump

Has the allowable wear limit been reached?

Is stator replacement necessary?

Replace the stator if necessary

Has the conveying product been changed?

Consult the manufacturer regarding stator durability
