Replace lubricants if necessary

Select the operating time of the pump

Carry out maintenance according to the drive manufacturer's instructions

If no manufacturer's instructions are available, perform the following maintenance steps

Enter the number of operating hours since last lubrication

Has it been 5000 operating hours or 2 years since the last lubrication?

Renew the lubricant if 5000 operating hours or 2 years have passed

Are special lubricants specified for the drive?

Ensure the pump and motor are switched off

Remove the fuse to prevent accidental activation

Dismantle the pump for manual cleaning

Clean all pump components thoroughly

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power supply

Gather necessary tools and replacement bearings

Extract the old bearings from the shaft

Install the new bearings onto the shaft

Ensure the pump is turned off and isolated from the power source

Gather necessary tools and materials, including SM-Pin Joint Seals and oil

Remove old oil from the pin joints

Inspect the pin joints for wear and tear

Replace worn joint parts if necessary

Apply new oil to the pin joints
