Connectors TH3 (white), TH32 (black) and TH33 (yellow) disconnected

Clamp for the lead wire in the rear of the electrical parts box loosened

Thermistor <Liquid> (TH3), thermistor <Comp. surface> (TH32) and thermistor <Suction> (TH33) pulled out from the sensor holder

Sign off on the thermistor replacement

Refrigerant recovered from the unit completely

Refrigerant not released in the air

Cycle charged with specified amount of refrigerant after service

Filter drier installed for service

Cylinder for R410A is a syphon type

Charging performed with the cylinder of syphon stood vertically

(1) Remove the service panel. (See Figure 1)

(2) Remove the top panel. (See Figure 1)

[Removing the 4-way valve coil]

(3) Remove 4-way valve coil fixing screw (M4 × 6).

(4) Remove the 4-way valve coil by sliding the coil toward you.

(5) Disconnect the connector 21S4 (green) on the controllervcircuit board in the electrical parts box.

[Removing the linear expansion valve coil]

(3) Remove the linear expansion valve coil by sliding the coilvupward.

(4) Disconnect the connectors, LEV-A (white), on the controllervcircuit board in the electrical parts box.;

Number of right side panel fixing screws removed

Lead wire of high pressure switch pulled out

Welded part of high pressure switch removed

Note 1: Recover refrigerant without spreading it in the air.
