Remove the screws of the service panel
Remove the screws of the top panel
Remove the screw of the valve cover
Remove the service panel

Disconnect the power supply and indoor/outdoor connecting wire
Remove the screws of the cabinet
Remove the cabinet
R.V. Coil Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Disconnect the following connectors; <Noise filter P.C. board> CN912 (R.V. coil)
Remove the R.V. coil
Upload a photo of the disassembled R.V. coil
Sign off on the R.V. coil disassembly
Thermistors Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Disconnect CN661 (Discharge temperature thermistor, defrost thermistor and outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor) from the Electronic control P.C. board
Disconnect CN663 (Ambient temperature thermistor) from the Electronic control P.C. board
Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder
Upload a photo of the defrost thermistor removed from its holder
Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder
Upload a photo of the discharge temperature thermistor removed from its holder
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder
Inverter Assembly, Inverter P.C. Board and Power Board Disassemble
(1) Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel. (Refer to 1.)
(2) Remove the back panel. (Refer to 1.)
(3) Disconnect the following connectors;
<Electronic control P.C. board>
CN931 and CN932 (Fan motor)
CN795 (LEV)
CN661 (Discharge temperature thermistor, defrost thermistor and outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor)
CN663 (Ambient temperature thermistor)
<Noise filter P.C. board>
Reactor Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet, service panel and the back panel
Upload a photo of the removed panels
Disconnect the reactor lead wire
Upload a photo of the disconnected lead wire
Remove the screws of the reactor
Upload a photo of the reactor without screws
Remove the reactor
Upload a photo of the removed reactor
