Fan Guard Disassemble
Open the air intake grille
Remove the 3 screws of fan guard
Drain Pan Disassemble
Remove the panel

Remove the drain plug and drain the remaining water in the drain pan
Remove the corner cover
Number of screws removed from the corner cover
Remove the bell mouth

Fan Motor Disassemble
Remove the fan guard

Remove the turbo fan nut
Pull out the turbo fan
Disconnect the connector of the fan motor lead wire
Electrical Box Disassemble
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Room temperature thermistor with the holder removed

Refrigerant Maintenance
(1) Refrigerant recharging process:
Direct charging from the cylinder.:
·R407C cylinder are available on the market has a syphon pipe.
·Leave the syphon pipe cylinder standing and recharge it. (By liquid refrigerant)
(2) Recharge in refrigerant leakage case:
·After recovering the all refrigerant in the unit, proceed to working.
·Do not release the refrigerant in the air.
·After completing the repair service, recharge the cycle with the specified amount of liquid refrigerant.;
