Thermistors Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Disconnect CN661 (Discharge temperature thermistor, defrost thermistor and outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor) from the Electronic control P.C. board
Disconnect CN663 (Ambient temperature thermistor) from the Electronic control P.C. board
Upload a photo of the defrost thermistor in its holder
Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder
Upload a photo of the discharge temperature thermistor in its holder
Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder
Upload a photo of the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor in its holder
Outdoor Fan Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Disconnect the following connectors
Remove the propeller
Remove the screws fixing the fan motor
Remove the fan motor
R.V. Coil Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Disconnect the following connectors; <Inverter P.C. board> CN721 (R.V. coil)
Upload a photo of the disconnected connectors
Remove the R.V. coil
Upload a photo of the removed R.V. coil
Sign off on the R.V. coil disassembly
Inverter Assembly, Inverter P.C. Board Disassemble
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor
Disconnect the following connectors
Remove the compressor connector (CN61)
Remove the screws fixing the relay panel
Remove the inverter assembly
Remove the screw of the earth wire and screw of the T.B.support
Remove the screw of the PB fixture
Remove the relay panel from the PB support
Compressor and 4-Way Valve Disassemble
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Remove the inverter assembly
Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit until the pressure gauge shows 0 kg/cm2 (0 MPa)
Detach the welded part of the suction and the discharge pipe connected with compressor
Remove the compressor nuts
Remove the compressor
Detach the welded part of 4-way valve and pipe
Upload a photo of the detached parts
