1 Yearly Filter Element Replacement

Tool to be used: Allen wrench

Check mark

Remove the filter case. Turn the filter case counterclockwise.

Remove the socket head screw.

Check mark

Pull out the baffle. The filter element can be removed.

Replace the filter element.

Fix the baffle.

Tighten the socket head screw.

Fix the filter case. Turn the filter case clockwise.

Battery Replacement

If a servo control battery alarm or a servo control alarm is displayed on the screen of the operating panel, the battery for detecting the absolute position is likely to be decreasing in voltage. Refer to “B.

Detailed alarm description and remedies” and confirm the alarm number displayed in the LED section of the servo control unit. If the number denotes a decrease in the battery voltage, replace the battery using the procedure below.

- Checking for a grounding resistance of 100 ohms or less (use a 500 V megger).

1. General: Arranging the machine periphery in order, cleaning the machine and its periphery (especially, the floor).

Check that the pressure is set to 5 MPa (712 PSI)

Replenish the hydraulic oil when the oil level gauge float is below the center

Remove the cap on the supply port of the oil tank

Replenish the hydraulic oil through the supply port up to the yellow line of the oil level gauge

Fasten the supply port cap securely
