Is the motor operating under severe conditions?

Is the fan operating at any speed?

Is the temperature above 200°F?

Ensure fan bearings are prelubricated

Select the type of lubricant used

If using another lubricant, have the bearings and lines been flushed?

Lubricate the bearing while the fan is in operation
