Confirm that the ACSC fan is not used to exhaust corrosive or contaminated air

Check for specialized lubrication instructions on fan labels

Is the fan in operation during lubrication?

Pump grease slowly until a slight bead forms around the bearing seals

Number of grease injections used

Was excessive grease avoided to prevent seal damage?

Inspect and adjust as necessary

Inspect belt alignment and tension

Adjust and tighten belt alignment and tension as necessary

Consult factory for greasing interval

Check for specialized lubrication instructions on fan labels

Is the fan in operation during lubrication?
