Water collected in the water separator, raising the red float?

Red float reached the upper limit?

Fuel shutoff-valve closed and drain plug loosened?

Water drained and fuel started to flow out?

IMPORTANT: If water is drawn through to the fuel pump, extensive damage will occur.

Sign off on the water separator check

Put a film of clean fuel on rubber seal of new filter

Tighten the filter quickly until it contacts the mounting surface

Tighten filter by hand an additional 1/2 turn only

Sign off on the fuel filter replacement

Warning: To avoid personal injury or death, be sure to stop the engine before checking belt tension.

Applied moderate thumb pressure to belt between pulleys

If tension is incorrect, follow the steps below:

Loosened the tension pulley nut and lock nut

Turned counterclockwise the tension bolt until the deflection of the belt falls within acceptable limits

Fan belt replaced if it is damaged

Sign off on the belt tension adjustment

Check to see that dust covers are not damaged

If dust covers are damaged, consult local KUBOTA Dealer for this service

If dust covers are cracked, water and dust invade into tie-rod and it will be early wear

Warning: Do not remove radiator cap while coolant is hot. When cool, slowly rotate cap to the first stop and allow sufficient time for excess pressure to escape before removing the cap completely.

Stop the engine, remove the key and let it cool down.

Drain the coolant by opening the radiator drain plug and removing radiator cap.

Reinstall the drain plug after all coolant is drained.

Fill with clean soft water and cooling system cleaner.

Follow directions of the cleaner instruction.

After flushing, fill with clean soft water and anti-freeze until the coolant level is just below the radiator cap. Install the radiator cap securely.

Fill with coolant up to the 'FULL' mark of recovery tank.

Start and operate the engine for few minutes.
