Remove the lower wing support bolts

Move the wing support up and tighten the upper wing support bolt to hold it out of the way

Remove the drive cover Allen bolts

Pull the drive cover rubber flap away from engine

Pull the drive cover from the front support clip

Twist the drive cover down and away from the engine

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Fuel and vent hoses free of cracks or abrasions

All fittings and clamps properly connected

Carbon canister free of damage or leaks

To check the carbon canister, remove the fuel tank vent line from the filler neck.

Air coming out of the vent located in front of the rear tires

Air coming out of the vent hose connected to the engine’s air cleaner

If fuel comes out the vent hoses, the canister may be saturated with fuel and should be replaced.

Disconnect the throttle cable from the engine

Remove the cable from the throttle cable override springs on the gas pedal

Loosen the adjuster nut and slide the cable end out of the throttle bracket

Remove the throttle cable by pulling it out of the side panel from the rear of the kart (Eagle & Talon models only)

Warning: Always wear gloves while handling Rapid Patch

Upload a photo of the damaged pad

Cleaned the area to be patched with mild soap and water, rinsed and dried thoroughly?

Applied Rapid Patch to the tear?

Enter the drying time in minutes

Sanded the patch down flush with the pad?

Sign off on the pad maintenance

Upload a photo of the remote fuel tank before removal

Remote fuel tank removed as shown on page 9-2

Number of fuel tank bracket mounting bolts removed

Sign off on the remote fuel tank bracket removal
