1000 Hourly Cooling Air Filter Mat Cleaning (Option K3)

Warning: Ensure the machine is switched off before starting the procedure.

Filter mat removed from the retaining frame

Loose dirt removed from the filter mat

Was the filter mat washed with lukewarm water and household detergent?

Was the filter mat changed?

Filter mat inserted back in the retaining frame

Sign off on the filter mat cleaning

6000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil Filter Replacement

Safety Precautions: The machine must be isolated from the compressed air system and completely vented before undertaking any work on the pressure system.

Is the power supply disconnecting device switched off?

Is the disconnecting device locked in the off position?

Has a check been made no voltage is present?

Enter the pressure gauge reading

If the pressure gauge does not read 0 psig, do not proceed. Vent the machine fully.

Change the oil filter

Upload a photo of the new oil filter installed

Sign off on the oil filter replacement

1000 Hourly Refrigerant Condenser Cleaning

Precondition: The power supply disconnecting device is switched off. The disconnecting device is locked in the off position. A check has been made that no voltage is present.

3000 Hourly Air Filter Element Replacement

Warning: Do not clean the air filter element with liquids.

Check that all sealing surfaces match each other. The use of an unsuitable air filter element can permit dirt to ingress the pressure system and cause damage to the machine.

Enter the name of the replacement part

Precondition: The power supply disconnecting device is switched off.

The disconnecting device is locked in the off position.

A check has been made that no voltage is present.

The machine has cooled down.

1 Yearly Cooler Leak Check

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check the cooler for leaks

If leaks are found, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure
