Precondition: The power supply isolating device is switched off, the device is locked off, the absence of any voltage has been verified. The machine has cooled down.

Ventilation grill carefully removed and filter mat taken out

Loose dirt removed from the mat using a vacuum cleaner or by beating

Was the mat washed with lukewarm water and household detergent?

Filter mat changed if cleaning was not possible or if the change interval had expired

Filter mat inserted in the frame and ventilation grill latched in

Sign off on the filter mat change

Do not use sharp objects to clean the refrigerant condenser. The refrigerant condenser could be damaged. Avoid creating clouds of dust.

Did you undo the latch 5 and remove the panel 1?

Did you use compressed air (<73 psig) to blow the condenser 4 through from outside to inside and then vacuum up the dirt?

Did you replace the panel again?

The refrigerant condenser can no longer be cleaned?

If the refrigerant condenser can no longer be cleaned, have stubborn clogging removed by an authorized KAESER service representative.

Sign off on the refrigerant condenser cleaning

Carefully remove the filter mat from the retaining frame.

Dry brush the oil and air coolers and use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dirt.

Carefully insert the filter mat in the retaining frame.

Interval: Display: SIGMA CONTROL 2

Compressor drive motor: Replace the motor bearings

Fan motor: Replace the motor bearings

Sign off on the screw compressor maintenance

Warning: Serious injury or death can result from loosening or opening components under pressure!

Fully vent all pressurized components and enclosures

Close the shut-off valve 9 upstream of the condensate drain

Unscrew the fitting 6 at the condensate line

Press the snap fastener 5 and carefully remove the control module 2 from the service unit 1

Carefully loosen the union nut 13 at the shut-off valve 9 until remaining residual air has escaped through the venting holes

Unscrew the screw-in part 11 from the service unit and place aside

Remove the insulation 14 from the service unit

Use only KAESER service units to ensure correct function of the condensate drain
