Fully vent all pressurized components and enclosures.

Close the shut-off valve 9 upstream of the condensate drain.

Unscrew the fitting 6 at the condensate line.

Press the snap fastener and carefully remove the control module 2 from the service unit 1.

Carefully loosen the union nut 13 at the shut-off valve 9 until remaining residual air has escaped through the venting bores.

Unscrew the screw-in part 11 from the service unit 1 and place aside.

Remove the insulation 14 from the service unit.

Sign off on the service unit change

Precondition: The machine is switched off, the switch is locked in the off position, the absence of voltage has been verified.

Is the machine switched off and locked in the off position?

Has the absence of voltage been verified?

Use compressed air to blow the refrigerant condenser clean at regular intervals.

Have stubborn clogging removed by an authorized KAESER service representative.

Sign off on the refrigerant condenser cleaning

Precondition: The user's power supply isolating device (main switch) is switched on. Machine is pressurized. The Power LED lights.

Touch the condensate drain hose at the condensate drain. Did you feel a short burst?

Push and hold the «TEST» key at the condensate drain for at least 2 seconds. Did you feel a short burst at the condensate drain hose?

Replace the service unit if you do not experience a burst during manual test.
