Sign off on the safety shutdown function check

Precondition: Machine running under LOAD

Visual check: Does condensate flow as soon as the LED illuminates?

If condensate does not drain, the condensate drain hose or the drain itself is blocked.

Switch off the machine and clean the drain pipe.

Condensate drain manual check: Press the «TEST» button and hold for at least 2 seconds.

Carry out maintenance on the condensate drain if condensate still does not flow.

Collect condensate in a suitable container and dispose of in accordance with environmental regulations.

Sign off on the condensate drain check

Safety Precautions: The machine must be isolated from the compressed air system and completely vented before undertaking any work on the pressure system.

Material Required: Replacement part, Cooling oil container

Precondition: The power supply disconnecting device is switched off, The disconnecting device is locked in the off position, A check has been made no voltage is present, The machine is fully vented, the pressure gauge reads 0 psig.

Is the power supply disconnecting device switched off?

Is the disconnecting device locked in the off position?

Has a check been made to ensure no voltage is present?

Enter the pressure gauge reading

Sign off on the oil filter replacement

Warning: Ensure the machine is switched off before starting the procedure.

Filter mat removed from the retaining frame without damage

Loose dirt removed from the filter mat

Was the filter mat washed with lukewarm water and household detergent?

Filter mat replaced if cleaning was not possible or if the change interval had expired

Filter mat carefully inserted in the retaining frame

Sign off on the filter mat replacement

A defective coupling is recognizable by:

Danger of injury from rotating coupling!

➤ Never switch the machine on without the safety screen in place over the coupling.
