Perform initial service once after the first 100 hours of operation

Change oil in the swing drive gearbox

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Change hydraulic oil return filters

Take hydraulic oil analysis sample

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Take engine oil analysis sample (250 hours recommended, 500 hours maximum)

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Check seat belt and belt support

Visually inspect swing gearbox mounting cap screws (torque if required)

Check air filter restriction indicator and ducting

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Check and drain fuel/water separator

Sign off on the Knuckleboom Loader Maintenance

Check air filter restriction indicator and ducting

Check and drain final fuel filter water separator

Check windshield washer fluid level

Check hydraulic filter restriction indicator

Check swing drive gearbox oil level
