Hydraulic oil return filter Replace

Park the truck in a level place and lower the forks.

Then stop the engine and apply the parking brake.

Change oil after removing drain plug on tank bottom

Transmission oil & filter Change

Truck for obvious damage and leaks

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Any visible damage or maintenance problems?

Any unusual noises or problems?

Is the truck in need of repair?

Is the truck in an unsafe condition?

Did the truck become unsafe while operating?

Are all capacity, safety, and warning plates or decals attached and legible?

Any leaking fuel, engine coolant, transmission fluid, etc. before and after starting engine?

(1) These are the parts which the operator cannot judge the remained lifetime of them by visual inspection.

(2) Repair or replace if an abnormality of these parts is found even before the recommend replacement interval.

Replacement of consumable service parts is not covered under warranty.

Every 1 years: Master cylinder and wheel cylinder caps dust seals

OSHA-approved eye protection rated for 200kPa(30psi) is required for air cleaning operation.

Dispose of oil in locally approved manner.

Strainer cleaned with flushing oil

Strainer dried with compressed air

Checked for mast overhead clearance

Mast fully tilted forward and backward
