Hydraulic oil return filter Replace

Park the truck in a level place and lower the forks.

Then stop the engine and apply the parking brake.

Change oil after removing drain plug on tank bottom

Transmission oil & filter Change

Truck for obvious damage and leaks

Warning plates and decals condition

Lift chain and fastener condition

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Visual check: Any obvious damage from the last shift?

Visual check: All capacity, safety, and warning plates or decals are attached and legible?

Visual check: Any leaks of fuel, engine coolant, transmission fluid, etc. before and after starting engine?

Visual check: Any hydraulic oil leaks and loose fittings?

Visual check: Driver's overhead guard, load back rest and all other safety devices are in place, securely fastened and undamaged?

Visual check: Any issues with the critical components that handle or carry the load?

Visual check: Any issues with the mast and lift chains?

Visual check: Any issues with the load forks?

(1) These are the parts which the operator cannot judge the remained lifetime of them by visual inspection.

(2) Repair or replace if an abnormality of these parts is found even before the recommend replacement interval.

Replacement of consumable service parts is not covered under warranty.

Every 1 years: Master cylinder and wheel cylinder caps dust seals

OSHA-approved eye protection rated for 200kPa(30psi) is required for air cleaning operation.

Dispose of oil in locally approved manner.

Oil changed and strainer cleaned with flushing oil

Strainer dried with compressed air from inside to outside and installed when completely dry

Air bled after checking the oil level

Checked for mast overhead clearance

Mast fully raised and lowered and also fully tilted forward and backward several times
