Hydraulic oil return filter Replace

Park the truck in a level place and lower the forks.

Then stop the engine and apply the parking brake.

Change oil after removing drain plug on tank bottom

Transmission oil & filter Change

Truck for obvious damage and leaks

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Visual check for obvious damage

All capacity, safety, and warning plates or decals are attached and legible

Check for leaking fuel, engine coolant, transmission fluid, etc.

Check for hydraulic oil leaks and loose fittings

Driver's overhead guard, load back rest and all other safety devices are in place, securely fastened and undamaged

Check all of the critical components that handle or carry the load

Inspect the mast and lift chains for wear and maintenance problems

Inspect the load forks for cracks, breaks, bending, twists, and wear

(1) These are the parts which the operator cannot judge the remained lifetime of them by visual inspection.

(2) Repair or replace if an abnormality of these parts is found even before the recommend replacement interval.

Replacement of consumable service parts is not covered under warranty.

Every 1 years: Master cylinder and wheel cylinder caps dust seals

OSHA-approved eye protection rated for 200kPa(30psi) is required for air cleaning operation.

Dispose of oil in locally approved manner.

Check for mast overhead clearance

Fully raise and lower mast and also fully tilt it forward and backward several times

Dispose of used antifreeze mixture in locally approved manner.
