Lubricate Steering axle linkage (linkage, kingpin, trunnion)

Lubricate Tilt cylinder rod ends

Check contactor. (Replace contactor tips if roughness is remarkable.)

Sign off on the lift truck maintenance

Hydraulic hoses, fittings and clamps tightened

Hydraulic pump spline, steering unit spline lubricated

Hydraulic tank suction strainer replaced

Hydraulic oil (conventional) replaced

Sign off on the lift truck maintenance

Tighten Torque on critical fasteners

Check Lift chain adjustment and wear

Sign off on the lift truck maintenance

Disconnect the battery connector

Replace with a new fuse of the same capacity

NOTE: The blown fuse must be replaced with a fuse of the same capacity. When the fuses are blown out often, contact the service station for inspection. Never use a conductor as a fuse.

Sign off on the fuse replacement

Check truck for obvious damages and leaks

Check capacity, warning plates and decals

Check condition of tires and wheels. Remove embedded objects

Check for missing or loose wheel lug nuts

Check warning lights and hourmeter
