Is the drive chain pre-lubricated from the manufacturer?

If not, apply initial lubrication before proceeding.

Enter the hours of operation since last lubrication

Enter the date of last lubrication

Select the type of oil used for lubrication

Was the chain generously lubricated with a brush?

Note: The proper viscosity of lubricant greatly affects its ability to flow into the internal areas of the chain.

Check if any of the following harsh conditions apply

Adjust reducer sprocket as needed

Adjust line shaft drive sprocket

Ensure shaft location is free from oil, grease, and dirt

Recheck sprocket alignment, loosen and re-adjust if necessary
