Warning: Ensure the air line is shut-off and drained of air before removing this tool for service. This will prevent the tool from operating if the throttle is accidentally engaged.

Is the in-line filter-regulator-lubricator installed?

Enter the current oil level in the in-line lubricator

Is the lubricator properly set? (A light stain of oil should collect on a sheet of paper placed next to the tool’s exhaust ports when the throttle is held open for approximately 30 seconds)

If storing the tool for an extended period of time (overnight, weekend, etc.), follow these steps:

Has the tool been generously lubricated through the air inlet?

Has the tool been run for approximately 30 seconds to ensure the oil is evenly distributed throughout the tool?

Is the tool stored in a clean and dry environment?
