Flight-Type Dishwasher Cleaning

Preparation

Push the POWER button on the keypad to turn the machine OFF

Disconnect the electrical power to the machine and follow lockout/tagout procedures

Ensure all circuits are disconnected

Draining and Cleaning Interior

Open all front access doors

Drain the machine by swinging the tank drain handles to the left

Remove and clean the curtains

Clean the interior and all tank shelves using a hose and spray nozzle
