Before removing the SUN2000, disconnect both AC and DC connections.

Disconnect all cables from the SUN2000

Disconnect RS485 communications cables

Disconnect DC input power cables

Disconnect AC output power cables

Remove the SUN2000 from the mounting bracket

Power off the inverter before replacing the fan

Use insulation tools and wear personal protective devices

Remove the screw on the fan tray and save it

Pull out the fan tray until the fan baffle plate aligns with the inverter chassis

Remove the cable ties shared by the cables

Unscrew the connectors and disconnect the cables

Vegetation Inspection and Weeding

Inspect the area around the inverters for vegetation growth

Is weeding required based on the inspection?

Perform weeding around the inverters if necessary

Clean the site promptly after weeding

Note any observations related to the local wilting season

Power off the system and ensure all DC switches on the solar inverter are OFF.

Are protective measures in place to prevent rain or snow from entering the maintenance compartment?

Cleanness of Air Intake and Exhaust Vents, and Fans

Check for dust on the air intake and exhaust vents and clean if necessary.

Check for abnormal sounds from the fans during operation.

Check that the solar inverter is not damaged or deformed.

Ensure the solar inverter operates with no abnormal sound.
