Disassemble NE detector and roll paper guide

Turn the NE detector adjustment screw (1040)

Describe any issues encountered during disassembly

Remove components with Platen rotation frame 1 unit closed

Remove the two screws (S05) and remove the Guide, roll paper unit (1037)

Remove the fixed blade spring (1016)

Remove the fixed blade holder (1017)

Remove 1 E-ring 2.3 (E02) when replacing the paper hold roller (1015)

Remove the paper hold roller (1015) and the paper hold roller shaft (1102)

Remove the paper hold spring (1014)

Check how to attach the hook when installing the paper hold spring (1014)

Disassembly of Paper Feed Roller Plate B

Remove 2 screws (501) and the paper feed roller plate B (511).

Disassembly of Cover Open Lever

Remove 1 screw (S10) and the cover open lever (1052).

Disassembly of Platen Release Lever and Shaft

Remove 2 E-ring 3 (E01) and the platen release lever (504) and platen shaft (1054).

Lubricate the platen shaft (1054) with G-15.

Disassembly of Gear Plate D Sub Assembly

Remove 2 screws (S10) and the gear plate D sub assembly (1057).

Remove the paper end assembly (514)

Note on replacing the paper end assembly

Remove the roll paper holder plate (508)

Remove the roll paper holder (1010)
