Press the POWER button on the keypad to turn the machine off

Disconnect the electrical power to the machine and follow lockout/tagout procedures

Initial Inspection and Cleaning

Visually inspect the upper and lower final rinse nozzles for debris

Open drain(s) by pulling drain lever(s) up

Remove the wash arms and flush them in a sink

Clean debris from machine walls using a hose with spray nozzle

Disconnect the electrical power to the machine

Follow lockout/tagout procedures

Ensure all circuits are disconnected

Check the dishwasher vent for obstructions when cool

Remove and clean the screen(s) of the incoming water line strainers

Remove the final rinse arms and clean the strainers located in the ends of the arms

Disconnect the electrical power to the machine

Follow lockout/tagout procedures

Ensure all circuits are disconnected

Check motors for any unusual noise or vibration

Inspect the machine for lime scale build-up

Ensure machine is delimed as required to prevent excessive scale build-up
