Disconnect air from Six-Shooter using the air-connect slide valves

Access Screwdriver Bit Holders

Pull the Six-Shooter assembly slightly toward the machine

Locate the back slide near the air valves and push slide away from you

Bolt Drill Change

Remove the bit on the pre-drill or router assemblies using the shaft wrench and collet wrench

Inspect and clean collet assembly

Insert the new bit into the assembly

Adjust the bit depth before tightening the collet assembly

Lightly tighten and torque to specified values

Ensure the arbor is not bottomed out in the back of the motor

When loosening the collet, check if it tightens up, crack again and continue.

Insert the new bit into the assembly.

Adjust the bit depth. Bottom out the bit and pull the bit up about 1.4 inches.

Use a 17 mm shaft wrench and a 3/8 “collet wrench to remove the bit on the pre-drill or router assemblies.
