Diaphragm and Valves Replacement
Dismantling the diaphragm and valves
Make system pressureless
Empty dosing head before maintenance and flush if necessary
Set pump to 'Stop' operating state using the [Start/stop] key
Press the [Start/stop] and [100%] keys to put the diaphragm into 'out' position
Ensure returning liquid is safely collected
Dismantle suction, pressure and deaeration hose
Dismantle valves on suction and discharge side
Remove the cover
Dosing Head, Diaphragm and Valves Disassembly
Warning: If the diaphragm is possibly damaged, don't connect the pump to the power supply!
Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment.
Set pump to 'Stop' operating state using the [Start/stop] key.
Make system pressureless.
Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected.
Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary.
Press the [Start/stop] and [100%] keys at the same time to put the diaphragm into 'out' position.
Check if symbol (-) is displayed.
Acknowledge 'Stop after power failure' alarm by opening the 'Alarm' main menu if active.
1 Daily Pump Check
Drain Opening Inspection
Check if liquid leaks from the drain opening on the dosing head.
Check if the drain opening is blocked or soiled.
Dosing Head and Valves Inspection
Check if liquid leaks from the dosing head or valves.
Tighten dosing head screws with a torque wrench if necessary. Torque [Nm]
Tighten valves and cap nuts if necessary.
Service Requirement Check
Is there a service requirement present at the pump display?

Pre-maintenance Safety Check
Ensure maintenance is performed by qualified personnel
Verify authorization to open pump housing
Review section 8.7 Repairs

Check for signs of wear on the following parts

Replace worn parts with original spare parts made from suitable materials
Mains Cable Replacement
Ensure all electrical connections are carried out by a qualified electrician
Disconnect the pump from the power supply
Unscrew safety screw (13a)
Replace mains cable (13) and gasket (13b)
Screw in safety screw (13a) with a torque wrench
Ensure the pump is correctly installed and ready to start before switching on the power supply
Verify that plugs or protective caps are correctly installed to maintain enclosure class (IP65 / Nema 4X)
